Berat Yiğit began his journey in engineering at the Bundesfachschule für Flugtechnik, where he developed a strong technical foundation. Soon, he discovered his true passion: creativity, communication, and helping businesses grow. After gaining experience in different roles and working at a social media marketing agency, he combined his technical and marketing expertise to create Dialog AI, a smart customer service bot. Berat’s goal is simple: design intelligent solutions that connect with customers, provide seamless support, and drive real results, making businesses more efficient and engaging in the digital world.
